Indi Connect Group is a 100% Indigenous-owned project delivery partner, providing integrated workforce, traffic management, recruitment, consulting and project support services across Australia.
We work alongside government, Tier 1 contractors, principal contractors and private industry to solve workforce and project delivery challenges through practical, commercially focused solutions. Whether supporting a major infrastructure project, delivering specialist traffic management, sourcing critical personnel or providing strategic advisory services, our focus is simple: deliver with certainty and create lasting value.
Unlike traditional service providers, we become an extension of our clients’ teams, partnering from planning through to project completion to ensure the right people, systems and support are in place to achieve successful outcomes.
Our integrated service offering includes labour hire, permanent recruitment, traffic management, project management, cultural consulting, workforce development and contract and commercial advisory. An energetic, people-focused and purpose-driven leader, Jess is passionate about creating opportunities that strengthen communities while delivering meaningful, practical outcomes for industry.
Like many First Nations families, the impact of the Stolen Generations did not end with one generation. Growing up disconnected from her culture shaped Jess’s understanding of identity, belonging and the importance of connection. That experience continues to inspire her commitment to creating opportunities that empower First Nations people to remain connected to culture, embrace the strength, resilience and cultural knowledge they already carry, walk proudly in both worlds, and build strong futures for themselves, their families and their communities.
Jess founded Indi Connect Group with the belief that commercial success and community outcomes can, and should, go hand in hand. Through Indi Connect, she is committed to creating sustainable career pathways, strengthening Indigenous participation, supporting Indigenous businesses, and working alongside industry to ensure opportunities lead to long-term employment, economic participation and stronger communities.
Her leadership is grounded in a simple belief: meaningful engagement happens with community, not for community. By bringing together industry and community, Jess helps create partnerships that deliver commercial value, strengthen communities, support sustainable careers and leave a lasting legacy for future generations for her clients and Mob.
